To ensure the best results for your printed paper tubes, please follow these guidelines carefully when preparing your artwork:

1. Receive Your Dieline Template After placing your order, you will receive a dieline template. This template is a blueprint of your paper tube’s dimensions and layout. Use it to accurately place your design elements, ensuring they align perfectly with the final product.

2. File Format

Submit your artwork in one of the following high-quality file formats: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), or EPS. These formats preserve the quality and detail of your design.

3. Color Mode

• Use the CMYK color mode for full-color printing.

• For PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors, specify the exact PMS color codes.

• If printing on paper, use PMS U (Uncoated) colors.

4. Number of Colors

• Indicate all colors used in your design.

• Note: Up to 8 colors are allowed for printing.

5. UV Spot and Embossing

• Clearly mark the areas in your design where UV spot and embossing should be applied.

• Ensure these details are prominently highlighted for accuracy.

6. Separate UV and Spot Layers

• Save UV spot and embossing elements as separate layers in the design file.

• This helps streamline production and ensures precision.

7. Printing Options for Lid and Base

• Artwork can include designs for the lid, base, and disc (top part of the tube).

Important: The printing on the disc may not remain fixed.

Note: These additional printing options may increase the overall cost.

8. Inner Neck Printing

• Specify if the inner neck should be printed.

Note: If the inner side is printed, it must be laminated with PE (Polyethylene) to ensure food safety.

9. Dieline Integrity

• Ensure your design fits the original dieline template.

• Modifying the dieline can result in production issues.

10. Perforation Line on Dieline

• The dieline includes a perforation line within the square.

• Designs should be positioned within this area to ensure they align correctly on the final tube.

11. Bleed

• Add a 3 mm bleed to all sides of your design to prevent white edges after cutting.

12. File Check

Before submitting your file:

• Embed or convert all fonts to outlines.

• Ensure all images are high resolution.

13. Tolerance

• Allow for a tolerance of +/- 2 mm when placing crucial design elements.

• This ensures proper alignment during printing and cutting.
